How to apply for a U-Pass exemption

1. Log into your Workday account at myworkday.ubc.ca.
2. Type “Create Request” in the search bar.
3. Select the “Create Request” task.
4. Enter ” U-Pass” into the “Request Type” field on the pop-up window.
5. Follow the instructions in the “U-Pass Exemption Request” window to complete the request form.
6. Submit the exemption request.
